“Man often becomes what he believes himself to be. If I keep on saying to myself that I cannot do a certain thing, it is possible that I may end by really becoming incapable of doing it. On the contrary, if I have the belief that I can do it, I shall surely acquire the capacity to do it even if I may not have it at the beginning.”
― Mahatma Gandhi
I love the ending of a year and the beginning of a new one. For me it means endless possibilities. I usually take time off between Christmas and New Years to reflect, plan and engage my mind to the endless possibilities before me.
This past year has been fantastic and I have learned so much about myself. I myself engaged in Jack Canfields coaching program, “The Success Principles.” It really taught me that I need to live in the moment and it is something I remind myself of each day. Enjoy every moment and every stepping stone.
As this year comes to an end, tell me “What are you planning for 2013?” I encourage you not to limit your self. Write down all your dreams and goals and post them where you can read them daily. If you do this I guarantee at this time next year, you will have many changes to share and this too will become your favorite time of the year.
