Yeah, I am so happy knowing that Spring is on its way. Spring seems to revive people from the winter blues and spirits rise alongside the temperature.
Spring is the perfect time to make a change and a change in your money habits can make a change in your entire life. What I have discovered is that you only have to make a small change in order to see big results. Do you use cash as opposed to debit or credit? Have you tried bringing your coffee in a thermos instead of stopping and buying one? What about taking your lunch to work, or walking instead of driving? Borrowing instead of buying? Little things can make a big difference.
Spring is also the perfect time to re-evaluate the way you are doing things. Just like the beautiful Spring flowers popping through the ground you are able to have a fresh new beginning as well. Start now and journal about the things that you would like to change; it may be a change in your self or a change in your habits. It takes 21 days to form a new habit so if you begin now by April you will be well on your way.
Take time this Spring to reflect and to challenge yourself to make a clear and conscious effort to make a small change, it is the small things that truly make a difference.
