I see it time and time again; the power of thoughts and actions, especially negative ones. Negative thoughts and actions can harm your body so quickly and take a long time to recover from. If you allow the negative actions (overeating, becoming inactive, living beyond your means, isolation, etc) and the negative thoughts (unworthiness, unhappiness, etc) to take over, finding the healthy lifestyle you so desire will be next to impossible to achieve.
