I see it time and time again, so many of us tend to focus on the negativity that surrounds us each day and it is affecting our quest for a healthy lifestyle. We can’t seem to get away from it; it’s on the TV, on our radio, on our computers, in what we are reading … it’s everywhere. We need to begin focusing on the positive. Ask any good life coach and they will suggest a great way to focus on the positive is to start a gratefulness journal; What is good in your life? What have you accomplished? In essence what are you grateful for?
