I truly believe that “laughter is the BEST medicine”. So what makes you laugh? Do you make sure that you provide yourself opportunities to laugh each day? I remember a friend telling me about when she was younger and she couldn’t wait to read the Saturday comics in the newspaper; she said her week didn’t feel quite complete without taking the time on Saturday for a good laugh. Even today she gets a newspaper subscription and as a ritual can’t put the paper down or leave for work until she has searched out the comic strips and taken the time to look them over. She calls it “her little stress buster” and feels that she can face the day so much better with this little daily ritual.

I remember reading somewhere that the #1 thing that women look for in a mate is someone that can make them laugh. That tells me that laughter is high on the list of needs for us as women!! Do you agree?
